Saw Dr Chandan for a review after cortisone injection in right knee. My left knee had also been injected twice by him but was giving me more problems with pain and stiffness. He suggested I self refer to physio and then come back for a review once I have been seen by them. AS usual he is always reassuring and listens to you.

Very caring and thorough GP who actively listens to you and always goes the extra mile to help: sending for blood tests, referring to physiotherapy and X-Rays etc. Reassures patients with his gentle, professional approach. Thank you.

I recently had a steroid injection in my thumb joint to help with my arthritis. This is the third time I've had this procedure. Although the injection itself is painful and for the first 24 hours the pain in my thumb is worse, I now have much more mobility and would say there's been a 70% improvement in the movement and pain. My Dr also prescribed Clonidine to help with hot flushes brought on by the menopause, again a huge improvement and is really helping.

I saw Dr Chsndan for a cortisone injection in my right knee. He had previously injected my left knee. It was very painful initially and all the while he was checking I was ok. He explained that my knee felt grainy so has recomended I have an x ray to check how far the Osteo arthritis has progressed. As usual he is always caring and has time to listen tio you. Checking how other things are with you. A very caring GP. Thanks Dr Chandan. TFS
